Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We aim to ship same-day orders placed by 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday, as our carriers do not operate on weekends.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- West Coast: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
- East Coast: Orders generally take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
My order says it was delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
We highly recommend checking with your local carrier to see if the package was delivered to a neighbor, alternate PO box, or mailbox. If you're still unable to locate it, please email us at support@commonsshop.com, and we will open a case with the carrier to help locate your package.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We currently do not offer overnight shipping by default. However, if you need expedited shipping, please email us at support@commonsshop.com, and we can create a custom order for an overnight label.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your country, add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. The system will confirm if your location is eligible for shipping.
